March 13:
Grant Application Submission Deadline

Note: Unsolicited grant applications are destroyed without review

This year we had had over 130 nonprofits submit a Letter of Intent (LOI), the first step in applying for the $100,000 Change Maker Grant. Our Focus Area Committees (FACs) have the responsibility to review the LOIs, with have the monumental task of winnowing them down to 20-25 nonprofits who will be provided with access to the full grant application. The information on these full grant applications are verified and then distributed to the FACs so they can then get to work getting that final number down to 5 nonprofits for presentation to the membership at our Annual Celebration in June.
