Annual Celebration

Save the date for June 17, 2025, when we hold our in-person Annual Awards Celebration, at the Crane Bay Event Center. We’ll introduce the five finalists for the $100,000 Change Maker grant, they’ll have seven minutes to introduce their program, the 2025 Members will cast their vote for the program of their choice, and we will announce which of the five finalists will be our 2025 Change Maker and receive the $100,000 high impact grant. The other four finalists will each receive a Community Support Grant of $15,000. Tickets are $85 per person, with a $10 Early Bird discount available on all tickets purchased before midnight June 3, and additional discounts for purchasing a half-table of 4 tickets or a full table of 8 tickets. Registration closes at midnight on June 11. Note: 2025 Members who cannot attend on June 17 should RSVP with the option “Member Absentee Ballot Request” to ensure they receive an absentee ballot and can vote for the 2025 Change Maker and recipient of our $100,000 Change Maker Grant.
Proceeds from these events go to support Impact 100’s “Friend” fund, used to pay our operating costs and overhead expenses. The Friends funds ensure that 100% of each membership donation goes directly to the annual Impact 100 Greater Indianapolis grant pool.
Background on the Event
Each year, Impact 100 Greater Indianapolis hosts an Annual Celebration event where current members vote after listening to seven-minute presentations from each finalist. The highlight of the event is the awarding of the Impact 100 Change Maker $100,000 high-impact grant to one nonprofit, while the other finalists receive smaller Community Support Grants, with the amounts varying based on annual donations.
It is the mission of Impact 100 to make at least one $100,000 transformational gift to the community where we live while empowering women to get to know nonprofits on a deeper-level and determining local needs. The annual meeting where the finalists were presented and the members voted to select that year’s grant recipient was originally limited to members and finalists only. After we started including potential members in the event, we realized that inviting members of the community allowed them to learn more about the needs in our community.
Although only current members can vote for the Change Maker, non-members attending the Annual Celebration get to share the enthusiasm of the members and finalists when the $100,000 Change Maker grant recipient is announced.

Membership in Impact 100 Greater Indianapolis is established through an individual donation of $1,000. Shared memberships, where two to four women pool their contributions for one vote, are also an option. Membership funds are exclusively dedicated to grant-making, ensuring that 100% of membership and other grant pool donations directly support the granting process each year, starting with a clean slate in the grant pool.
