Membership Pledge

Use this form to let us know you will join Impact 100 but plan to make your membership donation in the future or do not want to use a credit card or ACH bank transfer (when you click the down-arrow under “How do you plan to make your pledged donation?” you will see all the methods of payment we accept).

• If you or a financial firm is sending us your donation, you will receive an email when it is received.
• If you are planning to make the payment directly, you can go to our Donation Methods page for instructions on how to make your donation using the selected method. We’ll contact you if we need more information.

Your pledge must be received by December 31 of the current year to be included in next year’s Grant Pool.
